Smoked Goat Milk Cheese

A unique Dutch delight, this smoked cheese is one for the real cheese lover! Not only does it have the beautiful natural wood-smoke flavor, the goats milk gives it a characteristic taste you won’t soon forget!

This cheese is produced on a farm in Holland using traditional methods, to modern standards. A Baby Gouda is melted, and slowly smoked over smoldering chips of oak wood.
