Dutch Smoke cheese is something every cheese lover has to try at some point! A young cheese is melted and slowly smoked in the Dutch tradition. A smoked cheese has a uniquely soft flavor, and a texture that is at the same time solid as well as creamy.

This cheese is produced on a farm in Holland using traditional methods, to modern standards. A Baby Gouda is melted, and slowly smoked over smoldering chips of oak wood.
