Smoked over crisp wood chips, and complemented by a subtle pallet of fine herbs, this is a diverse cheese indeed. Slice it onto a hearty sandwich in the afternoon, or serve it with some wine at night with friends. Either way, Smoked Herb cheese does not disappoint!
This cheese is produced on a farm in Holland using traditional methods, to modern standards. A Baby Gouda is melted, and slowly smoked over smoldering chips of oak wood.
